We spent 10 days at this fabulous villa, so close to all the amenities and excellent for our disabled son, he thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We visited quite a few of the local restaurants all highly recommended and even had a bbq. — Sue & Roger , 02 Nov 2019
We spent a very pleasant week at Timily Villa in mid September 2018. The villa is well equipped, well located and walking distance from Polis's restaurants, shops, the beach and so on. Emily, the owner, was extremely helpful and really made a big effort to ensure all our needs were cared for. Highly recommended whether you have special needs or not. — John Marshall, 24 Oct 2018
We have just spent a really enjoyable week in Timily Villa and thanks to Emily's excellent help and support leading up to our holiday, everything went really well:

The villa suited our needs very well – Our daughter was able to get around easily with the ramps and wide doorways. Anne and Garry were really helpful, although we barely needed any additional help after they popped in to see us on the day we arrived. It really helped us knowing the area already.

The accessible taxi was great – I think it was Chris’ Dad who picked us up, who was a lovely man! He was waiting at the airport and we got away really quickly.

Location was ideal – we didn’t hire a car in the end. The accessibility around Polis (and Latchi) was surprisingly good, there were no restaurants that we couldn’t access with a Power Chair (and we did eat out every night!!).

The villa itself was really well equipped - a dishwasher would be a useful addition but as we ate out every night this didn't really affect us too much.

If anyone is interested (and brave enough), Latchi Watersports do a great Parasailing Trip and were not phased at all by my daughter being in a wheelchair. They helped us on the boat and we did a tandem Parasail - a brilliant experience!!

Finally, the weather was absolutely perfect – what a great time to go to Cyprus. Still hot during the day but not overly so, and still warm enough to go out in the evening is short sleeves. The sea was so warm too – warmer than the pool in fact.

All in all, a lovely week!

Just enjoyed another fabulous, peaceful week in Villa Timily. The facilities for wheelchair users make life so easy, from the spacious wet room to the space under the kitchen sink! Thoroughly enjoyed being able to get into the pool again, courtesy of the easy to use hoist. I hired a powerchair this time which made getting down to the beach bar and along to Latchi that much easier. We also tried the glass bottom boat Alkion II this time as it's wheelchair accessible, though you can only move up and down the central aisle from the back of the boat to the bar (& whilst it's nice to be in the shade it can get cool with the cross breeze) The town of Polis is very accessible with dropped kerbs everywhere and we also discovered that there's now an accessible toilet included with the public toilets which are signposted around the town. We'll definitely be back!! — Jackie Bailey, 14 Jun 2017
Just enjoyed 2 weeks in June.. Gorgeous, quiet and well equipped villa, We had an unseasonal heatwave (for June) with temperatures often in the early 40s! Not a problem at villa with air con as necessary and sea breezes by the coast helped. Pool hoist made light work of using pool, and at nearby Latchi there is a "sea chair" and accessible beach. We hired a car, and had a few exploring days, but it was so peaceful to just chill out too. Fave local eateries were Moustakalis (traditional, Cypriot n friendly), Archontarika (same) and Arsinoe for fish meals. Can't recommend Timily Villa enough! — Alison and Doug, 11 Jul 2016
I thought the Villa was lovely and very well equipped . A very peaceful setting and close allamenities. I would recommend the lovely coastal path walk into Latchi

Very spacious, light & airy villa. Well appointed with especially good facilities for wheelchair user. Beautiful village within walking distance with lots of lovely places to eat. Our favourite was the Moustakallis Tavern in Polis (where they also have the only accessible toilet in the village) & we loved the walk along the promenade to Latchi. The areas a bit hilly (& I'm a bit cronky) so I couldn't push myself around independently but powerchairs and scooters can be hired locally to make life easier. Good support available locally with accessible taxis, equipment hire, local hospital & 5 pharmacies!. Can thoroughly recommend it for a great holiday!! — Jackie Bailey, 26 May 2016
